Katie Price has been arrested following her return to the UK. The mum of five is currently in custody ahead of a court hearing tomorrow.
A Met Police spokesperson confirmed to Express.co.uk: "A 46-year-old woman from Surrey was arrested at Heathrow Airport at 19:45hrs on Thursday, 8 August for failing to appear at court.
"She has been remanded in custody at a west London police station to a to appear at the Royal Courts of Justice tomorrow , Friday, 9 August."
Express.co.uk has contacted Katie Price's representatives for comment.
A warrant for the mum-of-five's arrest was issued by Judge Catherine Burton at the end of July when the glamour model failed to attend court hearings related to her bankruptcy case. It was the second hearing she missed, after the first in April. At the start of the previous missed hearing, it was revealed that Price had told lawyers less than 24 hours before the start time that she could not attend.

Images of her arrest show her face still heavily bandaged from her recent surgery. She is clutching a vape in her hand and in one picture she is seen applying lip balm despite the severity of her situation. She is dressed casually in baggy trousers, a white vest top and trainers.
The former glamour model had pre-empted her arrest earlier in the day when she publicly announced she was coming home after a trip to Turkey with son Harvey, where she underwent her sixth facelift and other cosmetic procedures while filming for a new show. She addressed her 2.7million Instagram followers in a lengthy story thanking them for their support and explaining what would happen when she landed in the UK.
"Despite what has been misreported, I am now en route back from filming my documentary. I was never just abroad being ignorant to what’s going on and I stand by the facts, which is that there have been miscommunications between a number of people here to do with my bankruptcy," she insisted.
She also expressed concern for the fact Harvey was travelling with her. "I am aware that I am about to be detained at the airport, which is obviously what the courts feel is necessary. I do hope of course for my son’s sake, who is with me, that they will allow me some dignity and protection.
"Whilst I understand the importance and severity of the matter I do feel like I am being treated like a criminal. I would like to point out once again that this is to do with a very unfortunate financial circumstance which as hard as it has been does not make a criminal or a bad person."

"Millions of people suffer losses and go through bankruptcies, through many different reasons and mine was due to serious mental health issues and breakdowns from PTSD.
"Whilst it’s been hard, I repeatedly will stand by the fact am not embarrassed or ashamed that this has happened to me. People lose their lives every day over the embarrassment and fear of these situations and the public bullying l’ve endured on this matter is simply just not okay.
"I will continue to speak out on this and not be ashamed," she continued. "I have and am continuing to pay back debtors as ordered by the court. I will address this with the police and courts when I land," she assured fans, "and I ask for my son Harvey’s sake it’s handled with care and compassion. I am after all only a human being. I appreciate all of you that continue to show me love it means a lot."
She subsequently deleted the lengthy story. The reality TV veteran was recently declared bankrupt for a second time over the unpaid tax bill.
She moved out of her £2million mansion a few weeks ago after being served with an "eviction notice". It was reported in May she had been given just weeks to leave her home.
