Eric, a 30-year-old party-lover, regularly uses his father’s plush Hamptons beach house for holding lavish bashes. When his father announces that he is selling the house, Eric decides to throw one last great party: an orgy. The reluctance of most of his friends, and Eric’s own budding feelings for real-estate agent Kelly, are the only few minor troubles that need traversing.
